  • John Stevenson

    John Stevenson CEO

    John Stevenson is currently Chief Executive Officer at Simient Pty Ltd. John has overseen the growth of Simient from 4 people in 2007 to its current size and reach. John started as a System Engineer at IBM, then as State Manager for DMR in the NT and QLD, and Praxa in 2004. John is Treasurer of Wynnum Manly Little Athletics and Junior Vice President of the Wynnum and Districts Rugby Union Club.
  • Adrian Launchbury

    Adrian Launchbury Chief Technology Officer

    Adrian is a co-founder of Simient and is passionate about delivering quality software solutions. Adrian started with a Bachelor of Information Technology and has since been developing IT solutions for over 15 years. Adrian has lead the design, build and integration of several enterprise applications in various industries such as Corrections, Justice, Health and Education. Adrian specializes in Microsoft technologies using the .net framework and includes the platforms Dynamics CRM, SQL Server Integration Services/Reporting Services, and SharePoint to name but a few.
  • Shannon Dixon

    Shannon Dixon Manager, Corporate Services

    Shannon has worked with Simient since 2008, covering the Corporate aspects of the business, including finance, facilities, human resources and internal IT. Shannon has more than 15 years experience in business administration.
  • Andy Earls

    Andy Earls Project Director

    Andy has 27 years’ experience in ICT, developing and managing business solutions. A Prince 2 and APMP Practitioner with an excellent delivery record to time, cost and quality in Australia, Europe and Asia, Andy liaises effortlessly with both business and IT stakeholders and has worked extensively as a consultant and Business Analyst across a range of industries.
  • Khalid Ouyhya

    Khalid Ouyhya Sales Operations Associate

    Khalid joined Simient 3 years ago, with more than 10 years management experience managing complex projects. Khalid’s focus is on business development of the Western Region in general and Western Australia in particular. Currently completing an ACS accredited Master of Information Systems Development, and recently finished an accredited PMI and AIPM Master of Project Management. With a Bachelor of Business Management and an Advanced Diploma of Business Information Systems. Khalid has a keen interest in anything technology based and enjoys playing soccer.
  • Alex Aspinall

    Alex Aspinall Development Team Lead

    Originally from the UK, Alex has been with Simient since arriving in Australia in 2009. Alex has over 14 years' experience in full life-cycle software development, with skills in all facets of application design and development. Although specialising in Web technologies, Alex has extensive experience in the building of Windows, Web and Touch based systems, of varying scale and architecture and has a marked enthusiasm for building attractive and intuitive user interfaces.
  • Shachi Pandya

    Shachi Pandya Senior Developer

    Shachi Pandya is a Bachelor level IT professional with 6+ years experience in software design and development. She has worked with requirements analysis, estimation, software development, unit testing, systems integration, customer support which provides top-notch IT skills that are result oriented and exceeds expectations.
  • Faiz Rehman

    Faiz Rehman General Manager

    Faiz has extensive experience in the Northern Territory IT industry and is well respected as our Western Region manager covering the Northern Territory, Western Australia and South Australia.
  • Umi Dowell

    Umi Dowell Senior Testing Team Leader

    Umi has over 17 years experience working on a variety of information technology and organisational change projects. She places high value in building a solid working relationship with her clients and brings an enthusiastic and hands-on attitude to all her assignments. As Senior Test Team Lead for Simient, Umi is passionate about building on Simient’s ability to constantly deliver quality products that meets our client’s requirements.
